For more individualized programming and targeted training, we offer small group and one on one training, in addition to a group classes).  Our private sports performance program is fully customized for each athlete to receive a custom-tailored program focused on sport specific and position specific training, speed and basic athletic components such as mobility, stability, and flexibility.
