COLLEGE PREP PROGRAM

The College Prep Program is advanced level and covers all athletic components including stability, mobility, power output, speed, and biomechanics through movement patterns.
VARSITE PREP PROGRAM
The Varsity Prep Program is a foundational athletic training program designed for high school and high level junior high athletes. Program includes stability, mobility, power output, speed, and biomechanics through movement patterns.
COMPLETE SPEED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Designed specifically to focus on speed development, this program includes all phases of speed. From linear speed (acceleration, starts, drive, vo2) to lateral (change of direction), this program is multi-dimensional.
QUARTERBACK / PITCHER PROGRAM
The quarterback / pitcher program is a custom 3-day add on to quarterbacks. Covering essentials such as the art of shoulder mobility/fluidity (neuromuscular approach through hip movement and mobility to kinetically loosen and open rotational flexibility potential to improve torque, power and accuracy).
Get motivated to reach your fitness goals with our HIIT-style training program that focuses on body composition reformation with our adult fitness program. This 1-hour program includes everything from traditional bicep curls to dynamic compound movement.
Sports performance training w/ advanced programming
Our semi-private sports performance program is a cost effective alternative to private training, while still receiving tailored program. This program focuses on sport specific / position specific training, speed and basic athletic components such as mobility, stability, and flexibility.
